OUR STORY
Showers of Blessings was born from a simple belief: every person deserves to be treated with dignity.
What started as a desire to meet a basic need, providing hot showers to those experiencing homelessness, has grown into a community of compassion. Today, our mobile shower units and outreach teams hit the streets weekly, bringing not just clean water and fresh clothes, but genuine relationship and the Hope of Jesus Christ.
We meet people where they are, literally and figuratively, offering practical care and a listening ear without judgment.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are influenced by the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Apostles and is compelled by His love to serve others. We believe that every person has inherent dignity, no matter their circumstances. We believe that faith without action is incomplete and We show God's love through practical care and interaction. We believe that relationships matter. We don't just provide services; we share God's Love. There is hope in Christ and every person deserves a future in Christour Saviour.
HOW WE SERVE
We take a holistic approach to care, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs: Body – Hot showers, clean clothing, nutritious meals, and hygiene products restore dignity and meet immediate needs. Mind – A listening ear, genuine encouragement, and connection to housing, healthcare, and employment resources offer a path forward. Spirit – For those who seek it, we offer prayer, spiritual support, and connection to faith communities. Every interaction is rooted in respect. We don't see projects; we see people.
